GUA MUSANG: Gua Musang Member of Parliament Tengku Razaleigh Hamzah said the Barisan Nasional (BN) needs to plan a strategy to win more seats in Kelantan in the 14th general election (GE14).
"BN s best chance to wrest Kelantan from PAS since 1990 is during the next general election (GE14)," he told reporters here, today.
In the 13th general election, PAS won 32 state seats, BN won 12 seats, while Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) won one seat.
Razaleigh said the Kelantan people were aware of weaknesses of the PAS state government and want a change.
He also supported the Orang Asli in Gua Musang for defending their land against excessive land clearing by greedy loggers.
